The Valley Of Flowers is one of the most beautiful and mesmerizing national parks of the country, situated at an altitude of 3658 m in Bhyundar valley in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. It is famous for its wide variety of flora (Alpine flowers, Vajardanti,Marsh Marigold,Shomalap, etc) and fauna (Asiatic black deer, snow leopard, musk deer, red fox, brown bear, blue sheep, etc). Valley of flowers is a part of Nanda Devi Biosphere Zone with thick green forests, rivers, waterfalls and a wide variety of flora & fauna. It is an Indian national park and has also been declared as the WORLD HERITAGE SITE by UNESCO.
Valley of Flowers Trek goes through the dense forest and the trail is beside the Pushpawati river. On the way you will encounter many waterfalls, bridges and small water streams. The best time to visit Valley of flowers is from Mid-June to Mid September. It is famous for its natural beauty and the variety of flora it comprises. There are about 520 species of alpine plants and of which 498 are flowering plants. The beauty of the valley can not be captured by the camera, it can only be captured by the eyes and stored in your mind. It is a favorite destination for flower lovers, trekkers, photographers, botanist, bird watchers, nature lovers and wildlife lovers.
The Valley seems to change its colors throughout the season from June to September with its variety of flowering plants. It is in its full boom during these season, you should not miss the chance. It is famous tourist attraction not only among Indians but also among foreigners, international tourists. Every year thousands of foreigners swarms here to get the glimpse of the natural beauty of the valley.
Another jewel of this region is the Hemkund Sahib, a popular Sikh pilgrimage. It is situated at an altitude of 4328m which makes it the highest Gurudwara of the Sikh community. Numerous waterfalls, dense forest, snow-capped Himalayas, lake of snow and the holy Gurudwara will make you fall for the place.

Day 01: Rishikesh to Govindghat , 280 kms drive, app 7 hours

Day 02: Govindghat to Ghangaria, 4 kms drive and 10 kms trek, approx 5hrs Altitude Gain: 10,003 ft

- Accommodation at Homestay/ Guesthouse / Swiss Camps.

Day 03: Ghangaria to Valley of Flowers to Ghangria, 6 kms trek, approx 7-8hrs Altitude Gain: 11,811 ft
- Early Morning stretching and exercise
- Marvelous view of vibrant flowers spread in the valley pleasing your eyes
- Passing through Beautiful waterfalls
- Stay in Ghangaria Homestay/ Guesthouse/ Swiss Camps.
Day 04: Ghangaria to Hemkund Sahib to Ghangria, 12 kms trek, approx 7-8 hrs Altitude Gain: 14,203 ft
- Trek to World’s Highest Gurudwara,
- 10 th Sikh Shrine Toughest route of the trek Passing through Beautiful waterfalls of Laxman Ganga
- Hemkund sahib Darshan and Laxman Temple Darshan

Day 05: Ghangaria to Govindghat , approx 10 kms trek, 3kms Drive
- Early Morning stretching and exercise
- After breakfast descent trek to Pulna , then Badrinath Visit (Travel cost is not included) & back to Joshimath
- Lunch and stay at Joshimath
- Evening Narsingh Temple visit Debriefing
Day 06: Govindghat to Rishikesh, 270 kms, approx 10hrs
- Early Morning Breakfast Drive to Rishikesh Trip Ends Here.
Note: River Rafting & Bungee Jumping remain Closed in Rishikesh During Monsoon Season from July 15 to September 15 Every Year.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation would be granted by the Trek Leader or Higher Authorities on receiving cancellation request through registered mail ID only. The cancellation Amount will be counted on total fees only.
The refund amount will be paid in 10 to 15 working days directly in your account.

Terms & Conditions
Discipline
- This is an Adventure Camp and not a leisure tour, so we expect a high level of discipline.
- Participants will have to follow the instructions clearly given by the Trek Lead, Misbehave/Arguing with the Guide/Trek Leader will be considered as disciplinary issues.
- Smoking, Alcohol, Tobacco & Abusive Language are strictly prohibited and if anyone found a suspect in such cases, the participation will be terminated and no further service/return traveling/refund will be offered then after
- Punctuality is taken as a serious matter.
Change Of Schedule
- In case of unforeseen conditions, the schedule/itinerary can be modified/canceled.
- Sahyadri Rangers reserves all rights to cancel/shorten/modify the itinerary, and the final decision is authorized with the Trek Leader.
